Kingsclere Parish Council will be holding a meeting on Monday 25th November 2024 at 7.00pm at The Main Hall, The Village Club 7pm – 8pm
Cllr Paul Harvey Leader of Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council will provide an update on the Budget and the Council’s Plans this will be followed by a Question-and-Answer Session with Residents and Councillors.

The meeting will be suspended for a maximum of 15 minutes and each member of the public will be allowed no more than 3 minutes to speak. No decisions can be made by the Council during this time. After this period the meeting will be resumed, and members of the public may only speak when invited to do so. Members of the public are welcome to stay for the remainder of the meeting.

9. Mowing and Maintenance Contract – recommendation from GP Committee to accept Contractor C from the spreadsheet of the 4 submitted tenders.
10. Lychgate Repairs – recommendation from GP Committee to accept a quote of £1400 for the repairs required on the Lychgate.
11. County Councillor – to bring forward County matters

15. Allotments – Approval of the revised Rules and Regulations and Tenancy Agreement for use 2025 reviewed and recommended by the GP Committee

16.1 Approve revised General Purposes Committee Terms of Reference to state authorisation limit of expenditure to £1999 as per new Finance Regulations

17. Cemetery Fees for 2025 – to approve fee table increased in line with RPI then rounded and to discuss and agree fee for Non-resident burial for child under 16
18. Planning Matters and Neighbourhood Plan Updates

18.2. 24/02607/HSE 21 Ash Grove single storey extension loft conversion & dormer
19. Approval of Income & Expenditure – to consider & approve accounts paid/presented for payment

21. To Consider the Date of Next Meeting – the next ordinary meeting is scheduled for Monday 27th January 2025 at 7:30pm in the Village Club to be confirmed this evening
22. Exempt Business – to propose and pass a resolution in accordance with the public bodies (admission to meetings) Act 1960 to exclude the public and press for the discussion of the following matters where publicity might be prejudicial to the special nature of the business.
